We are not tryna dilly dally!  Our small team do often have other full time commitments though, so please email hola@juanbullion.com or DM to IG if there is any urgency with your order. 

We aim to pick and pack your order within 24hrs of receiving confirmation of purchase.

Orders made over the weekend and during NZ public holidays will be picked, packed & dispatched the following Monday (or next business day)

Auckland

We use Go Sweetspot for our local orders and offer a tracking service as well as having their Customer Services team to utilize in tracking your shipment.

Due to Covid restrictions in the city there are an extra 5 working days delay.

 

 

Domestic

International

Australia – $28, Overnight*-3 working days *metro areas only

 

Asia – $30, 2-4 working days

 

Pacific Islands - $10, 2-4 working days

 

USA & Canada – $35, 2-4 workings days

 

UK – $35, 3-5 working days

 

Europe - $35, 3-5 working days

 

Rest of the World - $35, 5+ working days

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Juan Bullion. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

My order is late?

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

 

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

 

How can I track my order?

In your email you will find your tracking link from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link, you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.

What if I am not home?

Contact the local customer services of our shipping partner to make a change to your delivery method.

International – DHL Express have their ON Demand Delivery feature enabled on all tracking numbers so you can actually select your delivery method via your own tracking link, otherwise jump onto their website: https://www.dhl.com/ and track your shipment online.
